Tuna, salmon, albacore, shrimp, avocado, cucumber and radish sprouts wrapped burrito style in soy paper. Served with a spicy aioli on the side.
Kani, crab salad, shrimp, avocado rolled in a skillfully prepared sheet of beets. Sliced and served with beet and spinach tempura bits and a dash of plum wine.
Tuna, salmon, Kani Kama, asparagus, and radish sprouts rolled in a thin sheet of cucumber. Served in a martini glass with ponzu sauce.

Seared Ahi Tuna wrapped in a Trumpet Mushroom and served with a wasabi sesame vinaigrette.
TUNA TAR TARE*
Chopped tuna sashimi, avocado and mango molded together, served with a spicy miso sauce. Garnished with tobiko, onion, and scallion.
SOFTSHELL CRAB APPETIZER (4 PC)
2 pieces of Blue Crab lightly battered and fried, cut in half and served with Ponzu sauce.
Ahi Tuna diced and served with our house poke sauce.
15 pieces of chef's choice sashimi served with a bowl of rice.
7 pieces of chef's choice nigiri and your choice of a California Roll or a Spicy Tuna Roll.
Thinly sliced and seared to order. Served with a Wasabi Ponzu Sauce.

An avocado half stuffed with spicy tuna, tempura battered and flash fried. Served with a spicy aioli.
